What is Pilates?

Pilates is a low impact exercise that uses core centering, control and breathwork to:

Promote good posture/joint alignment. Develop strength and flexibility.

Support cardiovascular and resistance training/exercise activities due to the benefits it provides to the overall condition of the body.
